Half of the squad died en route from fever, difficulties, poisonous reptiles, and Native American arrows. Only a few have reached the land of gold. In the mysterious city, Ivan Horn died, saving the life of Fedor, and Sebastiani laid his head down. Fedor married the daughter of the leader of the tribe and was able to save his life. For several years he lived among the Indians and could only escape thanks to the outbreak of war with a neighboring tribe.In 1672, Fyodor Myatelev returned to Europe, which he left in 1659, in the year of the battle of Konotop. The cardinal of the Jesuit order helps Fedor to receive high distinctions at the Spanish royal court.
