ART AND GOOD HUMOUR

In the book an analysis is made about art and good humor as determining factors for the increase of the productivity of the workers in the companies. It is for this reason that some questions are presented with the results obtained in a field research in forty companies in both the public and private sector to know the feelings of workers when art and good humor are involved at work.
