This book consists of thirteen chapters. It investigated whether the new labor party of Britain in May 1997 led a welfare way or not. It gave a brief introduction to the status of the welfare nation of Britain at that time. It discussed &quote;the third way&quote; of the labor party, a special political system which was different from the left wing and the right wing. It has great significance to the complete socialist system of our country.
