Kinanthropometric Characteristics and Motor Fitness Components

Sport is essential to everyone, and at every age. It is helpful to enjoy the health and vigor of life. For the purpose of fitness, coaches design motor fitness programmes. Coaches should have full knowledge about the kinanthopometric tools in order to identify the talented players. This study presents the kinanthropometric characteristics and the motor fitness components of the female softball players and compares these characteristics with those of other female softball players at the college level and university level.
