Indian Goat Meat: Status and Review

It is the need of the time to awake and aware the all concerned personals including students and faculty to improve the knowledge of meat science subject with respect to Indian goat meat in our country. Prevention of post-harvest loss of meat in terms of both quantity and quality is indirectly increasing of meat production. This is possible only if the persons involved directly/ or indirectly should have knowledge about the meat production, meat breeds, processing, preservation, packaging and marketing safely of meat and its products till it reaches the consumer table. Keeping in view the above matter, very sincere efforts were made to publish this book.
