Taste Masked Oral Distinguishing Tablets of Tolterodine Tartrate

The work presented in the book is useful for both academia and industry. Tolterodine Tartrate Oral Disintegrating Tablets were prepared by direct compression method using superdisintegrants, evaluated their preformulation and tabletting properties.Taste evaluation studies revealed that the metallic taste of Tolterodine Tartrate was completely masked by using eudragit EPO.
