Detailed information

In the following systematic literature review, emphasis is placed on determining how emotions affect persons deprived of liberty, in order to identify their importance, as well as how this emotional affectation is currently affecting this population, and also to determine whether there is any type of psychosocial care program or a program that helps regulate and treat emotions in the National Penitentiary and Prison Institute. Taking into account this research, an approach is made about emotions, how they are identified by the persons deprived of liberty and it is analyzed in depth what type of transversal programs are included within the penitentiary treatment plan that is currently established; The purpose of this is to make known the importance of regulating emotions before, during and even after the stay in the National Order Establishments, taking into account the psychological affectation that may be reflected in each individual in the short, medium and long term, and even more important to evaluate the risk of a possible recidivism in the crime.
