Changes in litter size and their effects on swine production.

This book aims to help producers, veterinarians and all those involved in swine production to better understand how litter size has changed in recent years in response to genetic and reproductive improvements and their effects on the dispersion of piglet weights within the litter, and what actions to take in order to reduce mortality of those born with low birth weight.
