Comments on the new Family Code

It is made up of more than a dozen articles in which the new Cuban family law, in the making, is pondered, which surpasses in contextualization the institutions of the obsolete Family Code, in force since 1975. In this way, it addresses, among many others, issues related to the so-called "egalitarian marriage", the property regimes of separation of property, common or mixed property, the voluntary contract of alimony and gestation in solidarity.
