Detailed information

Initially, a brief historical sweep of the benefits of chocolate since colonization is made. A mixed and transversal case study is presented, defined on the demand for Quesada Chocolate in a store in the Tunjuelito district of Bogota. Field work was carried out in several localities in the southern area of Bogota, where a survey was applied in order to answer the question: Why has Quesada chocolate reduced its demand in the southern area of Bogota? Finally, an analysis of the surveys conducted in the fieldwork will be carried out and possible solutions will be proposed from the administrative side to carry out an action plan that will allow a greater rotation of Quesada chocolate.
