Committees and Commissions in India 1947-54

The present publication in CICIL series which has attempted to enlist in one single sequence the national information resources in communication, lnformation and Librarianship, of 33 important Delhi libraries, is intended to serve three purposes among others. Firstly, it will help the practising Librarians and working lnformation Scientists to update their knowledge and skill, to broaden their horizons and to meet the challenges of the changing times.
