Detailed information

Nowadays, workplaces require high levels of attention, concentration, and long working hours, causing an imbalance in the metal health of the worker ( Freire & Corrales, 2018).Developing with this a considerable mental load on workers, which is increasing since most of the transformation industries are implementing technologies that have inhibited the physical development of workers, causing that today's jobs are more of mental wear. (Canizalez & Gómez, 2018).Therefore in several researches it is pointed out that the current characteristics of globalized work harm the mental health of workers.(HespanHol, Garrido, KawaMura, & Aparecida de Souza, 2015).However, it is known that mental health is closely related to the work environment as the frequent interaction with the so-called psychosocial factors in the work area, since they are recognized as occupational hazards by the joint committee formed by the ILO (International Labor Organization) and the WHO (World Health Organization) in 1984.(Pacheco, 2017)
