»Children's Rights and their Explicit Anchoring in the Basic Law«: In this study, Miriam Lemmert extensively analyses the issues related to children's rights in general and the constitutional amendment debate in particular. This is done by taking into account the entire legal framework as well as historical and political backgrounds. Particular consideration is given to the aspects of recognising an independent personality and self-determination, parental rights, the special category of age and intergenerational justice.
