They are taught the Arabic language and Islamic education, and they are oppressed because they did not receive from their teachers the most important features of Arabic pronunciation and taste in a way that would qualify them to perform what was assigned to them.&quote; Educators and experts have been crying out about the need to pay attention to teaching recitation, and scientific seminars and conferences have recommended the necessity of training teachers to be proficient in recitation, qualifying them, raising their academic competence, improving the level of their teaching of the Book of God, and working to establish a specialized center for Islamic education to raise the level of the performance of its teachers, develop its curricula, and conduct the necessary field research. Therefore, emphasizing the importance of holding specialized courses for teachers of Islamic education and Arabic language.
