»Pets in the Workplace. Labour Law Issues Considered Using the Example of the Office Dog«: Pets, especially dogs, are increasingly found in workplaces. Starting from the question under which conditions employees are entitled to take their pets with them and how this can be regulated, the thesis examines in particular aspects of occupational health and safety law, the possibility of banning pets and questions of co-determination in the workplace. The research findings are summarised in a model company agreement for practical use.
