»Antinormativity and Imputation in Special Offenses. A Norm-Theoretical Investigation of their Foundation, their Consequences for Participation and their Differentiation from the so called Improper Special Offenses«: Actions have different meanings depending on the context and the actor. This work examines the expectations attached to special positions and their limits. It is argued that special offenses are to be understood as violations of special norms.
