Working out what is really important, and then how to spend as much time as you can on those things, is what life is all about, and it’s what this book is all about. We all have the same issues with our time: interruptions, the temptation to do fun things instead of work, the temptation to multi-task, the tyranny of the urgent, and the tug of war between our own goals and those of other people.
