The splendid flowers of tropical plants are impressive. In their natural habitats, flowers are exposed to atmospheric conditions without protection. Completely embedded in the surrounding nature and being part of it, flowers are visited by insects and perhaps nibbled at. They survive until they have accomplished their biological goal, resulting in fruits, new plants, and finally new flowers. The photographs presented in this organizer were taken in the plants' natural habitats located in Bonaire, Mexico, Venezuela, Peru, Ecuador, India and Thailand.
