»The Vatican as signatory to the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child?«: The signing of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child by the Holy See and its implications under international law and church law are the focus of this work. The Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties and the optimization of child protection through the Apostolic Constitution PASCITE GREGEM DEI are also analyzed in relation to the issue of abuse. This work is part II of a research project in Rome on the canonical reception of child reception of child protection (Görres Society, Campo Santo Teutonico).
