The Little Humpbacked Horse

This is the first big author`s work, written in 1834, which at once became the classics of Russian literature. Pushkin praised the fairy tale in verse by Yershov and told him: "Now I can leave this type of works". The main heroes - are the peasants` son Ivanushka - the Fool and the magic Little Humpbacked Horse. The peculiar verse, folk humor and the appropriate pictures from the life promoted the success of it.
