In this book describes the relationship between biology and acoustics about the Indo-Pacific bottlenose dolphin (Tursiops aduncus). The Indo-Pacific bottlenose dolphin (Tursiops aduncus) is a species of bottlenose dolphin. This dolphin grows to 2.6 metres (8.5 ft) long, and weighs up to 230 kilograms. It lives in the waters around India, northern Australia, South China, the Red Sea, and the eastern coast of Africa. Its back is dark grey and its belly is lighter grey or nearly white with grey spots. Male Indo-Pacific bottlenose dolphins including mammal species that have good hearing sensitivity. It is caused by a network system senses of hearing has been well established. Dolphins can hear sounds with frequencies 1-150 kHz. This high sensitivity is indispensable for echolocation. Echolocation is the ability to sense through sound and hearing.
