Synthesis and biological evaluation of 1,2,3-oxadiazole derivatives

1,2,3-oxadiazole containing sulphonamide derivatives are useful in medicinal chemistry for the study of the biological applications.These derivatives posses varieties biological activities like antibacterial, antitumor, antifungal, antimalarial, antiparasitic, analgesic, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory. So we have focused on varies biological activities. The structure of synthesised compounds were characterised by elementary analysis, IR, 1H NMR spectral data.
