The Experimental Fractal Growth

The word fractal is geometry of irregular shapes. This book covers the explanation of the fractal shapes self-similarities of shapes. Here, I performed various experiments to obtain the fractal shapes like viscous fingering in liquid crystals, thick oil, etc. I also obtained the fractal depositions in electroless cell using copper sulphat solution. Then applications of diffusion limited aggregation phenomenon are also discussed. I also calculated the fractal dimensions of each and every shape using box counting and other methods of computer programming This book is very useful for researchers in the field of fractals and chaos.
