Aflatoxins are mycotoxins produced by Aspergillus spp. Aflatoxins are a common contaminant of foodstuffs such as rice, spices and corn. Food contamination with aflatoxins is a global problem.Through our study, we found that chronic exposure to aflatoxin B1 is associated with damage to the sciatic nerve. adult hen was considered as the best model for toxicity of aflatoxin B1. In the present topic there will be various description of electron microscope as it is the only way to describe in detail any changes in peripheral and central nervous system including the main organelle e.g. mitochondria and synopsis.The study of aflatoxin B1 in diet . The study was done in sub chronic of 90 days by using 13 ml of 1 part per million(1ppm) of aflatoxin B1 in 250 gm of feed as high dose, 6.5ml of 1 part per million(1ppm) mixed with 250 gm of feed as intermediate dose and 3.25 ml of 1 part per million(1ppm) for every 250 gm of feed as low dose.
