Job crafting, resilience and optimism among Clinical Psychologists

The present study focuses on the population of clinical psychologist's job crafting, optimism and resilience in India. Job crafting may be considered as an effective technique for overcoming work difficulty and even help employees emerging from their work challenges to be more resilient than before. Psychological resilience refers to 'effective coping and adaptation when faced with hardship or adversity. The study found that there is a significant relationship between job crating, optimism and resilience.
