Community Based Rehabilitation - Inclusive Development

Inclusive education should be conceived as a process of addressing and responding to the diversity of needs of all learners through increased participation in learning and reducing exclusion from the education system.This implies changes and modifications of content, approaches, structures and strategies based on a common vision and the conviction that it is the responsibility of the education system to educate all children and adolescents.The purpose of inclusive education is to enable teachers and students to feel comfortable with diversity and to perceive it not as a problem, but as a challenge and an opportunity to enrich the learning environment.
