Alcoholism is a globally recognized disease that has both individual and social consequences. Among those most affected by alcoholism, in addition to the addict themselves, are the members of their own family, who also end up becoming ill. Based on this assumption, this manuscript presents a study that aimed to investigate the impact of alcoholism on the addict's family.
