Deshaun, aka D Hogg, has a very important decision to make. Does he follow the rules of the set, or does he follow his intuition and spare his best friend's life? Growing up in Southern California, you have two choices: either bang or get banged on, but what holds more weight than that is the company you keep. Deshaun finds this out the hard way once blood is spilled in the streets, and an old childhood friend named Tiny Blue Rocc becomes a new crosstown enemy.
