Sabians...in ancient and modern times

This brings a person closer to the source of higher power. Some of these principles have remained, after their development throughout these ages, as the current Sabians still venerate the planets and stars, especially the seven planets, while the pole star is considered the qiblah, to which he turns in every obligatory prayer and ritual performed by the religious person, and in all rituals if he does not face.
