Globalization and the performance of humanitarian projects in the DRC

This study on globalization and the performance of humanitarian projects in the Democratic Republic of the Congo focuses on the strategic elements involved in implementing humanitarian projects; the effects of globalization on Heal Africa's strategies for implementing humanitarian projects; and how a humanitarian organization can seize the opportunities offered by globalization to improve its performance. For the successful implementation of humanitarian projects, we understand that the strategic elements involved in the implementation of humanitarian projects are access to human resources, access to funding and access to beneficiaries. Globalization also makes it easier to reach project beneficiaries, despite the fact that the regions where they are located are landlocked.
